Delivery & Fulfilment

1. A digital service
Quitivo delivers a digital service: a cancellation letter drafted from the details you provide. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped to you, so no delivery or shipping costs apply.
2. How your letter is delivered
We send the drafted cancellation letter primarily by email to the address the provider you are cancelling has registered for cancellations. Where a provider only accepts cancellations by post, we send it by post instead.
3. How long it takes
We draft and dispatch your letter within a few hours of submission, and at the latest within one business day. As soon as it is on its way you receive a dispatch-confirmation email from us.
4. What delivery means
Delivery means that we have sent the cancellation letter to the provider. It is not a guarantee that the provider receives, processes, or acts on it — the legal effect of the cancellation is governed entirely by your contract with the provider. See our Terms and Conditions ("What you are paying for — and what you are not") for the full explanation.
