Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know before cancelling.
What does Quitivo do?â–¾
Quitivo cancels subscriptions on your behalf. You fill in a short form, we draft a legally compliant cancellation letter, send it to the provider, and email you the confirmation when they reply.
Which subscriptions can I cancel?â–¾
Streaming, fitness, telecom, energy, insurance, news, dating, lottery, charity and more. If a service is not in our list yet, just contact us — we add new services on request.
How much does it cost?â–¾
A flat fee per cancellation, depending on the country (e.g. £35 in the UK, €42 in the eurozone). The exact amount is shown before you submit.
When do I have to pay?â–¾
You pay afterwards by invoice. You receive an invoice email with a secure Stripe payment link 24 hours after submitting your cancellation. There is nothing to pay upfront.
How do I know the letter was sent?â–¾
We email you the moment the letter goes out. Most providers reply directly to you with their own confirmation within a few business days. If you don't hear back within two weeks, follow up with them directly.
What if the provider doesn't accept the cancellation?â–¾
Our service is to send a legally compliant cancellation letter to the right address — we don't guarantee the provider's response. Under consumer law they must accept valid cancellations, but in edge cases (minimum-term contracts, missed deadlines) they may delay or partially honour it. Contact us if you run into a problem and we'll help with the next step.
Is my data safe?â–¾
Yes. We only use your data to draft and send the cancellation letter, and delete it on request. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
What if I want a refund?â–¾
EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the service is performed immediately when you submit, you waive that right at submission to get the cancellation processed quickly. Contact us if there is a problem.
I changed my mind — can I undo the cancellation?▾
Once we have sent the letter, only the provider can reverse the cancellation. Contact them directly. We will help if needed.
