14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Immediate performance

By submitting the cancellation form you expressly request that we begin performance immediately AND acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the cancellation letter has been sent (typically within a few hours of submission). This satisfies Article 16(a) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

How to exercise

To withdraw before the letter is sent, email support@quitivo.com with your case number. If the letter has not yet been dispatched we will cancel the request and not invoice you.
